Chest Wall Deformity Treatment Cost
After an initial assessment at either our London or Leeds-based clinics, possible treatment will be proposed. This initial assessment will cost £40. If bracing or vacuum bell treatment is recommended, the cost is £2,000, which covers:
- A suitable chest brace or vacuum bell (depending on your child's condition)
- The fitting of the brace
- 3D surface scans at the beginning and end of treatment to monitor and measure progress
- Appointments and regular reviews
- Advice and support from our paediatric orthotists
- Reports to your GP/paediatrician to document the progress of your child's treatment
Please note that bracing treatment is not offered to everyone seen at Steeper Clinic as orthotic intervention is not needed in all cases.
